    + The Dharmadasa family has been growing cinnamon regeneratively for 5 decades, a third of their farmland is left untouched to encourage biodiversity. The process of peeling cinnamon requires a special knife called “ko kath tha” and is a highly skilled job that is handed down generation to generation. They employ local peelers and profit share with them.
